Grapevine Business Networking Dinner



...A successful dining club for local businesses, bringing local business people together to network in a relaxed environment.

Starters:

Homemade soup of the day served with fresh bread

Prawn and crayfish cocktail, Marie rose sauce brown bread and butter

Suffolk Smokies; baked smoked haddock, creamed leeks in a cheddar sauce

Grilled garlic field mushrooms on toast with Parmesan and rocket (v)

Black pudding and crispy bacon salad, poached egg and a mustard dressing

Mains:

Homemade short crust, beef and ale pie with creamy mash, seasonal vegetables and stock gravy

8oz Rump steak with a peppercorn sauce served, hand cut chips, grilled tomato and mushroom

Pan-fried salmon with king prawn, smoked salmon & petit pois risotto

Slow cooked pork belly with ham hock hash, black pudding, confit apple, mustard sauce and wilted greens

Local sausages with mash, seasonal vegetables and onion gravy

Pan fried chicken breast, dauphinoise potatoes, caponata, thyme jus

Roast butternut squash and lentil curry, braised rice, cucumber raita, naan (v)

Desserts:

Warm raspberry frangipane tart with vanilla ice cream

Summer pudding terrine, clotted cream ice cream and berries

Tunisian orange and almond cake with pistachio ice cream

White chocolate cheesecake with raspberry sorbet

Sticky toffee and pecan pudding toffee sauce, double cream

Warm chocolate brownie chocolate sauce, salted caramel ice cream

Vanilla Panacotta with poached rhubarb, grenadine, champagne sorbet, shortbread biscuit
