Injunction - Non-Molestation Orders
If you are being threatened with violence, or you are in fear of harm from someone you know, then you may be able to get an injunction against that person, known as a non-molestation order.
The threats don't have to turn into actual violence, the threat itself, or the fear of harm, pestering, or annoying behaviour such as numerous telephone calls, or texts, or driving up and down your street, or even someone stalking you, or waiting outside your house might be grounds for us to get an order to protect you.
The key is to act quickly and give us all the information so that we can write a full legal statement to accompany your application to the court. Contact us urgently and we will treat your case as an emergency, to give you the protection you need.
Remember that if you are threatened you should in all cases contact the police, and if you need urgent help call 999. Then call us and we will quickly take the steps needed to protect you and your family.
