Carers Communication Workshop
A simple, friendly information workshop for carers and those who are directly or indirectly affected by dementia.
This session is delivered by Age UK Norwich and will cover:
- Background on dementia
- Techniques for effective communication
- Understanding some behaviours associated with dementia and helpful techniques of responding
- Recognising appropriate and positive communication with people living with dementia
