Charities Zoom Legal Update: Covid-19 and Beyond
Amidst the covid-19 pandemic, many charities have closed and fundraising events and activities have been cancelled. Understandably, this is an incredibly difficult time for charities and the role of trustees has therefore never been more important.
Despite the Government's financial support offered to charities, Covid-19 is of course going to have an extensive effect on a charity's ability to continue to meet their charitable objectives and overheads.
Hosted by Partner and Head of Charites Department Neale Grearson, our third virtual legal update for charities will centre on IT, cyber security and considerations for remote working. The session will provide plenty of opportunity for participants to interact and ask questions with IT Manager Jamie Pearson and other members of our specialist Charities Team. During these zoom updates, we aim to provide participants with essential legal guidance to help charities navigate through these unchartered waters.
To register and book your place, email Louis Hilldrup-Boorman on lhb@clapham-collinge.co.uk. Upon registering, we will provide you with a link and relevant information to log in to the session.
