Clapham & Collinge are delighted that their Conveyancing team have been shortlisted for the 'Property Team of the Year' award.
The Eclipse Proclaim Modern Law Conveyancing Awards, which are now in their fifth year, were launched to celebrate talent, success, market development, business management and best practice in the modern legal services sector.

Over half of the team's instructions are from existing clients that have used Clapham & Collinge services in the past, but the team also work closely with local independent estate agents, mortgage advisors and other local businesses to cultivate a robust referral network in Norfolk.
The formidable reputation of the team has resulted in a huge expansion over the last year, with the recruitment of two additional conveyancers, a legal executive and a trainee solicitor who will be qualifying into the department. This recruitment was necessary to keep up with the demands of new work whilst ensuring that service was not compromised.
Clapham & Collinge Conveyancing team is based in Norwich, North Walsham and Sheringham.
