Susan joined Clapham & Collinge in 2013 and was authorised as a Fellow Chartered Legal Executive by the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEx) in 2010.
Susan has over a decade of legal experience having simultaneously completed her training with CILEx whilst working full-time dealing with personal injury and medical negligence matters. She also spent time in the area of family law before joining her former employer's Wills, Trusts & Probate Team.
Susan advises on all areas within the firm's Private Client Department to include the preparation of Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorneys, Advising and Assisting Attorneys, dealing with elderly client issues and Court of Protection matters to include Deputyship and Statutory Will applications. She also deals with after death matters to include administration of Estates, obtaining Grants of Representation and preparing Deeds of Variation.
