Claire Bowthorpe

HR Manager

Claire is the HR Manager at Clapham & Collinge. She joined in April 2017 and became HR Manager in September 2017.

Claire is passionate about employee relations, engagement and getting the best out of the people around her, while ensuring that the qualities that divide us are respected and that we are treated as the unique individuals we are. Working with staff members across all branch offices, Claire's responsibilities include updating contracts, inductions for new staff members, absences and anything in-between.

Claire has excellent personal skills and takes pride in her professional and friendly approach. Claire has experienced a long administrative career where she has managed successful teams and provided support at the most trying of times and undertook her initial HR training while working for a local authority.

Outside of work Claire enjoys cooking and taking walks with her dog Poppy.
