Erin joined Clapham & Collinge in May 2017 and has over 13 years' experience working in residential conveyancing.

Erin undertakes all aspects of residential property work including freehold sales and purchases, leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity and remortgages. Erin also has experience dealing with new build transactions and help to buy.

In her spare time she enjoys socialising, spending time with her family including her two dogs and playing netball.
