The outbreak of Coronavirus in the UK continues to dominate the news and remains at the forefront of our minds. As uncertainly increases, Clapham & Collinge Solicitors would like to take this opportunity to reassure our clients and contacts that we will continue to operate as usual. We have the facilities and technology in place to work remotely and all services remain fully accessible.
As a firm we have been carefully monitoring the rapidly changing situation and we've implemented procedures to best navigate our way through the situation. Our staff and client's health and safety is absolutely paramount, as is our ability to continue our business and work as effectively as possible for our clients.
As it currently stands, none of our offices have been affected by coronavirus and as much as reasonably possible we will continue to keep our offices open. Whilst we have always followed a sensible hygiene policy, as a team we have made a conscious effort to ensure upmost hygiene in line with Government guidelines, by regular hand-washing, disinfecting of workstations, reducing physical contact and self-isolating if staff members feel unwell.
Appointments and client meetings
In line with Government and Public Health England guidance, and to reduce the risk of unnecessary exposure to coronavirus, we are no longer holding 'non-essential' meetings. We will continue to hold essential client meetings by appointment only and these meetings will take place subject to enquiring whether the client (or anyone in their household) displays symptoms of COVID-19. 'Walk-in' appointments are temporarily unavailable, to minimise risk.
Events
As a precautionary measure we have taken the decision to cancel all Clapham & Collinge events for the immediate future. Where possible, we will look to reschedule our events and we will update you as matters unfold.

Please be assured that we have strong continuity plans in place to continue to provide excellent service to our clients and we will continue to monitor the situation closely. As matters develop, we will update this webpage to reflect any changes to our work processes.
