As we continue to develop our workforce and build for the future, we take this opportunity to announce a number of trainee promotions, introduce three new paralegals and recognise staff progression here at Clapham & Collinge LLP.
We are delighted to announce that Harriet Chaplin, former Paralegal in the firm's commercial department, has been promoted to Trainee Solicitor this week. Harriet joins Fabia Bazley and Kaidee Myhill in this year's intake, who were both promoted to Trainee Solicitors in February 2022.
Harriet's first seat will be assisting Corporate and Commercial Solicitor Molly Byrne with a full range of corporate and commercial matters. Kaidee and Fabia are both underway with their first seat in the firm's litigation team, with Kaidee also assisting Consultant Solicitor Michael Olmer with some of his more complex commercial property matters.
Harriet, Fabia and Kaidee are faces that many will already be familiar with as they've worked for the firm in paralegal positions over the last twelve months, working within the commercial team and supporting the firm's marketing initiatives and busy schedule of events.
This week we also congratulate Shaun Taylor who has obtained fellowship status with CILEx and is now a Chartered Legal Executive. Shaun joined the firm in August 2018 and works in the commercial and litigation team at our Norwich office.
Finally, we take this opportunity to introduce three new paralegals to the firm; Morgan Lungley, Jemima Carter and Annie Lewis. With our continued focus on the development of our commercial offering, Morgan and Jemima have both joined our commercial department in Norwich, with Morgan assisting our litigation team and Jemima supporting our commercial property team. Annie has joined the firm's private client department, assisting Head of Department Lin Whitehead with a range of Court of Protection matters.
