Sarah Wells is a Paralegal in the Residential Conveyancing team and is based at our North Walsham office. She joined Clapham & Collinge LLP in January 2025, bringing with her over two decades of experience in the legal profession.
Having started her career as a legal secretary in 2000, she has since worked across a variety of legal disciplines, with a particular focus on residential property. She holds a Level 6 qualification as a Conveyancing Paralegal and has built a strong reputation for her practical knowledge and client-focused approach.
With a longstanding passion for conveyancing, Sarah enjoys being part of the process from start to finish, particularly the satisfaction of helping clients complete on their new home. She is known for her friendly, approachable manner and her ability to put clients at ease during what can be a stressful time.
Outside of work, Sarah enjoys horse riding and can often be found exploring the countryside with her horse. She also values spending quality time with her family.
