Commonhold Property

Commonhold Property

Commonhold is an alternative way of holding property which might otherwise be leasehold.

Basically, there will be a freehold title for each "flat" and one for the "communal areas." As of 2009, there were 15 Commonhold developments in the whole of England and Wales so they are not common.

At Clapham & Collinge, we do have experience in dealing with them so please do approach us if you are contemplating buying a Commonhold Property.

For more information or to discuss your individual requirements in further detail, our Conveyancing experts will be delighted to help. Contact us today on 01603 693500 or email us using the 'Make an enquiry' form. Appointments available at our Norwich, North Walsham and Sheringham offices.
