Clapham & Collinge opens new branch in South Norfolk

Clapham & Collinge are delighted to announce the opening of a third branch in Brooke (incorporating Ashmoles Solicitors).

Lin Whitehead, Partner and Head of Private Client Department at Clapham and Collinge said ''A key part of our strategy for this important year has been to broaden our South Norfolk presence to demonstrate our continued and growing commitment to the county. The opening of our South Norfolk office in Brooke provides us with the base from which to service our local clients, putting us in an ideal position to continue providing the very best legal services right across Norfolk.''

Clapham & Collinge offer legal services including property, divorce, wills and probate. The firm also provides specialist services including advice on mental health issues and the increasingly relevant area of contentious probate, i.e. challenging someone's Will. Tammy Parnell, the firm's managing partner is one of the few local solicitors qualified to advise on this area. Tammy said "Nowadays we have more complex families which means more people are involved in family inheritances, so there is often a greater willingness to challenge a loved one's estate. It takes careful negotiation to resolve issues of this type and I am delighted I can now help people based in South Norfolk going through this experience"

For business clients the firm offers services including business debt, litigation and disputes, employment law and commercial property. Bespoke legal advice packages are also available, designed to support businesses with their legal needs. The firm is also listed in the Legal 500 UK, the leading guide to law firms in the UK.

As part of its community involvement Clapham & Collinge is actively involved in a range of local charities and community initiatives, supporting charities such as Norfolk Wildlife Trust, Break and The Benjamin Foundation, whilst developing and promoting its own events such as regular free advice mornings, dementia awareness events and training sessions.
