It continues to be a very exciting time for the firm, with significant growth across all areas of the business. As we continually develop our commercial offering, we are delighted to welcome Kate Smith and Jake Currier to the firm's multi-discipline business team.
Jake Currier has joined the firm's Commercial Property Team, having previously worked in-house for a local authority. Jake specialises in a full range of commercial property matters including property acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters and property finance. Chartered Legal Executive Kate Smith has joined the firm's Litigation Team and brings a wealth of experience in all aspects of litigation, as well as personal injury and employment law matters. Before joining Clapham & Collinge, Kate worked at a law firm based in King's Lynn for many years before temporarily re-locating to Australia, where she worked at a law firm in Queensland.
The firm's commercial client base has seen considerable growth over recent years and our Commercial Team now incorporates 5 distinct areas, with 20 lawyers forming the overall team.
