Head of Corporate & Commercial Property
Location: Norwich | Full time or Part Time
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience We’re offering an exciting opportunity for a talented and driven Corporate/Commercial Lawyer to lead our Corporate & Commercial Property Team at our central Norwich office. This is a senior leadership role ideal for someone who thrives on responsibility, enjoys mentoring others, and is passionate about delivering exceptional client service. You’ll manage your own caseload, support the development of junior team members, and play a key role in the firm’s business development strategy.
You’ll be responsible for:
Managing a varied caseload of corporate and commercial property matters, including:
* Company formation and governance
* Drafting commercial contracts (e.g. agency, distribution, T&Cs)
* Corporate restructuring and finance
* Joint ventures, MBOs, and business sales/purchases
* Shareholder and partnership agreements
* Share schemes and related advisory work
Supervising and mentoring team members
Supporting the firm’s growth through networking and client development
Contributing to strategic planning and departmental leadership
What We’re Looking For
A qualified solicitor or equivalent with significant experience in corporate and/or commercial property law
Proven ability to generate work and build strong client relationships
A confident communicator and team leader with excellent organisational skills
Commercially astute, self-motivated, and proactive
