Frances Culling

Frances grew up in the surrounding villages of South Norfolk. She then moved away to study Law at Staffordshire University, where she completed her LPC.
She returned to her home town of Norwich where she worked as a Paralegal within the Residential Conveyancing Team of a Norwich based firm and after six months was offered a Training Contract where she took seats in Residential and Commercial Property, Litigation and Private Client. Frances then went on to qualify in February 2015.
In November 2015, Frances joined the Residential Property Team at Clapham and Collinge. She specialises in all aspects of Residential Property including leasehold and freehold acquisitions and disposals, re-mortgages, transfers of part and inter-family transfers.
In her spare time Frances enjoys bringing back to life old furniture. She is an animal lover and also loves being by the sea and exploring the countryside. She is fond of historical buildings such as stately homes and National Trust properties.
