Full Time Commercial Property Lawyer
We have a fantastic opportunity for a newly qualified lawyer to join our expanding Commercial Team in central Norwich.
This position is suited to someone with a genuine interest in Commercial Property with a desire to develop their career in this area. This role is offered on a full time, permanent basis.

Based at our offices on All Saints Green and reporting to our Heads of Commercial Property and Corporate and Commercial our team has extensive combined experience dealing with:
- Property acquisitions and disposals
- Land options, rights of pre-emption and overage
- Finance and security
- Farming and agricultural estates
- Property transactions for Charities
- All landlord and tenant work including lease negotiations, assignments and surrenders
- Property litigation including dilapidation issues and possession proceedings
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience of working within a Commercial Property Team (desirable but not essential)
- Ability to work within a fast paced environment
- Excellent communication and client care skills
This role is based in Norwich, however occasional travel/support to our North Walsham and Sheringham offices may be required.
