Frances is an Associate in the firm and qualified as a Solicitor in 2015 and has been with Clapham & Collinge LLP since November 2015.
Frances has extensive knowledge in residential property. She specialises in all aspects of conveyancing including leasehold and freehold acquisitions, disposals, remortgages, transfers of part, inter-family transfers, shared ownership and has experience of working with builders for development set-ups.
Frances is married and has three young children. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family.
