Caroline Eaton


Caroline is a solicitor in the family department at Clapham & Collinge, undertaking all aspects of family work. Caroline qualified in 2010 and previously worked for a large regional firm in Norfolk before joining Clapham & Collinge in June 2015.

Caroline has developed her family practice to include all aspects of divorce and civil partnership dissolution, family finances and separation disputes. Caroline advises unmarried couples on property rights upon separation, and also regularly deals with children matters including child arrangements (formally contact and residence). Caroline can also offer assistance with emergency applications such as injunctions.

Caroline is a committee member for the Norfolk branch of Resolution. Resolution members are committed to following a non-confrontational approach to family disputes and encourage solutions that consider the needs of all the family, particularly children.

In her spare time Caroline enjoys travelling and sightseeing, both in the UK and abroad, regular theatre trips and dining out.
