Susannah qualified in 2000 and brings with her a wealth of experience in the private client field. Susannah is a full professional member of Solicitors for the Elderly (SFE); a national organisation of specialist lawyers that support older and vulnerable clients, and a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP); a professional body comprising lawyers, accountants, trustees and other practitioners that help families plan for their futures.
Susannah has particular interest in the rights of individuals with mental health issues and mental capacity issues. Susannah also has significant experience advising on the legal responsibilities of trustees, attorneys and deputies.
