We are delighted to announce that Jordan Walker and Shaun Taylor have both passed their Level 6 Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEx) Diploma and have progressed into Graduate Legal Executive positions at Clapham & Collinge LLP.
Jordan joined the firm as a Client Relations Assistant in June 2016 after working at Aviva as a Customer Service Representative for 5 years. During this time Jordan was often a client's first point of contact within the firm and prides herself on delivering high quality service. Jordan began her training in July 2016 and completed her first seat in Conveyancing before moving into the firm's Private Client Department for her second seat where she now resides as a Private Client Executive. She primarily assists Lin Whitehead with Court of Protection matters such as Deputyships, Statutory Wills and Personal Injury Trusts following compensation from a personal injury or clinical negligence claim. Jordan has also worked closely on NHS Continuing Healthcare appeals for clients wishing to challenge the outcome of an NHS Continuing Healthcare assessment.
Shaun joined the firm in August 2018 after graduating from the University of East Anglia with a 2:1 undergraduate degree in Law. Whilst studying for his degree, Shaun volunteered as an Appropriate Adult throughout Norfolk, assisting minors and others needing assistance whilst in custody. Upon completing his law degree and joining Clapham & Collinge LLP, Shaun began his studies with the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives working towards the Level 6 Diploma in Legal Practice course, which he has successfully completed. Shaun is now a Litigation Executive in the Commercial and Litigation team at our Norwich office.
Following completion of the Level 6 Diploma, both Shaun and Jordan are currently working towards obtaining fellowship status with CILEx.
